I cannot speak highly enough of Rod and the team at Entire Air Conditioning Solutions. From the moment I made contact, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their communication was excellent every step of the way, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was clear and transparent.
After dealing with multiple companies who couldn’t figure out the issue, these guys were the only ones who were able to accurately diagnose the fault with our air conditioner. They clearly explained all of our options and, with no pressure at all, recommended a replacement as the most cost-effective long-term solution. They then took care of everything, organising and installing the new unit quickly and seamlessly.
I am so thankful for the old-school service they provided, which is hard to come by these days. They were reliable, respectful, and incredibly thorough, treating me with the same level of attention and respect as any male customer, which sadly isn’t always the norm in this industry. It was so refreshing to feel looked after and listened to.
Their team was friendly, respectful in my home, and clearly passionate about doing the job right.
If you’re after a company that still believes in integrity, quality, and outstanding customer care, Entire Air Conditioning Solutions is the one. Highly recommend!

Rod and his two friendly and knowledgeable technicians did an excellent job of diagnosing the gecko damage to our existing air conditioning unit and replacing the unit with a new split-system air conditioner. We were very impressed with the service from initial contact right through to completion. The two technicians communicated with us throughout the installation process and ensured that we knew how to operate the system before they departed. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Entire Air Conditioning Solutions and we look forward to welcoming them back in twelve months time to clean our system. Well priced, very friendly and professional --- if you're on the fence about who to call, call Rod! You won't be disappointed.
